Functional Skills sessions Available!
Incommunities will be offering Functional skills Maths and English classes to people living in Incommunities property. These classes will start on Wednesday 9th August from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM. Functional skills sessions will range from entry level 1 up to level 2.
What are Functional Skills and how important are they?
Functional skills are the practical skills in English and Maths for all learners. These provide individuals with knowledge and skills allowing them to operate confidently, effectively and independently in life and work. These skills can be applied to everyday life allowing you to engage competently and confidently with other people and develop personally and professionally as positive citizens who can actively contribute to society.
