The ‘Patient Networks in Bradford’ are holding their Participation Awareness Week at the
Carlisle Business Centre, BD8 8BD, on Wednesday 1st June from 12.00pm.
Go along and hear how you can get involved, share your achievements, hear what others have been doing and celebrate the great work we all do together in our communities.
